With these layouts, opponents with th3 to th7 will not get 1 star. Th8 and th9 will not get more than 2 stars if they try their best.
In this th8 war base, (Anti Everything, Anti 3 stars, War Layout), the town hall is placed in the center of the base. It is covered with a clan castle, an archer tower, an air defense and a wizard tower. There are eight portions around it. In the first portion, a cannon, a gold mine, a gold storage, an archer, an elixir storage, an air sweeper and a mortar are placed.
In the second portion, two cannons, a gold storage, a gold mine, an archer tower, an elixir storage and a mortar are placed. An elixir collector, a dark elixir drill, an archer tower, a cannon, a mortar, a gold storage, a bomb tower and a dark elixir storage are placed in the third portion. An archer tower, an elixir storage, a cannon, a mortar, a dark elixir drill and a barbarian king are placed in the fourth portion.
Two wizard towers and two air defenses are placed in four small different compartments. Some traps are also placed in these portions. All the other buildings are placed outside the wall to slow down the attacker’s troops.

In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.
Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, The attacker will deploy dragons near multiple resource buildings on the right side to destroy them. He will deploy the barbarian king on the outer side of defense buildings to attack them. After that, the attacker will cast a lightning spell on the wizard tower, which is placed near the town hall. He will deploy all of his balloons behind the dragons on the left side.
The hidden tesla, archer tower and air defenses will keep attacking them. Some of the dragons will be demolished by air defenses. Then he will cast a rage spell on some balloons to increase their powers so, they will destroy more buildings. He will cast a freeze spell on some defense buildings to secure his troops.
He will activate the hero’s ability of the barbarian king to boost his powers and destroy some more buildings. He will cast a healing spell on his balloons to restore their powers. Then he will cast another rage spell on some balloons to increase their powers so, they will destroy more buildings. As a result, because of a good layout strategy, the attacker will not be able to get three or even two stars.
