Clan Notice Board and Search

Clash of Clans has released a notice board for Clan invitations and made it manageable for searching for the best clan. COC also has added many fun features to the clan notice board.

Supercell and the Clash of Clans team is always making regular updates to present the best to their loved players. They listen to all the demands, requirements, and new ideas. They add the best ones to the game like this time the Clash of Clans launched a notice board for clans and made it customizable for the ease of its players.

First of all this new noticeboard has an editable background image. You can change it as you wish.
The Clan Notice board is managable by leaders and co-leaders.
You can write something as a message on the Clan Notice Board. It can be a custom text or any clan description. There are options such as “Notice Description” or “Use Clan Message”.
Players will receive notices to be a part of the clan. This Clan Notice Board is helpful for players who are looking for the perfect clan that matches their desires.
Clan members’ criteria that present the information about the clan will be visible at the bottom left corner with labels. This will include the clan settings like “Minimum (th) Trophies to join”, “Minimum (bh) Trophies to join”, “Minimum Townhall Level”, and other details.
After adding the full information to the notice you have to publish it.
After publishing the notice it will be active for 24 hours and will be visible to players finding a clan. While you can make changes to this notice.
A confirmation dialogue box will appear before unpublishing the notice, whenever you will make changes to the noticeboard.
Notice will also be removed whenever your clan is full. In this case, the Clan Notice will be unpublished and you have to republish it.
Another case when the notice will be unpublished is when you change the language or make any changes in the Family-Friendly Clan settings. Make changes and publish it again.
Republishing the clan notice for the next 24 hours requires 10,000 Gold to resend the notice to the players finding the best clan according to requirements.
Finding a clan is still the same as before. Players can search clans with traditional searching options like Clan Names or Clan Tags and other advanced options. Leaders and co-leaders can just make the notice more attractive for players.
Meeting the clan requirements is just necessary to join the clan with a Clan Notice regardless of whether the clan is closed or invite-only.

Magic Snacks

September Treasure Hunt Event will unlock fresh rewards “Magic Snacks” which will boost the Builders, Troops, Heroes, Hero Equipments, and Research during the event.

You can win 3 magic snacks every 48 hours with Event’s Chests during the Treasure Hunt Event. These are Builder Bite, Study Soup, Mighty Morsel, Power Pancakes, Training Treat, and Clan Castle Cake.

These six magic snacks will have a separate storage. They bring more fun with quick utilization and fast expiration (only 24 hours to use). Magic Snacks are not allowed to be gathered again or sold like other magical items in the game.

Treasure Hunt

A new event in the TTRPG-themed Season is going to start on 11th September 2024 and will last till 30th of September. This event brings fresh fun for getting new exciting rewards.

Here the adventure is to find Chests during attacks and get them to win exclusive rewards.
Players have to hunt these Event Chests which will be opened after completing the attack. Opening the Event Chests will unlock new additional rewards such as resources, decorations, hero skins, hero equipments, magic items like hammers, and most importantly Magic Snacks.
You will come across with four different Event Chests including Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary chest. This will be known after opening them.
You will have highlighted locations during the attacks where you may find these event chests. But all th highlighted locations will not contain a Chest and it could be a trap to lure your troops. It is a fun way to find the real one and get rewards.
Three Event Chests will be available at the start of the Treasure Hunt Event. These will refresh after every 48 hours.

Supercharge the Buildings

Another Good News Chief!

Clash of Clans September Update 2024 brought buffs for those players who have maxed their defenses and resource collectors.

This new and exciting feature “SUPERCHARGE” is available at town hall 16 and will apply to the buildings that have already reached their max level.

Supercharge is the additional and optional buff for the defenses and resource collectors at Townhall 16.
Players can supercharge their defenses and buildings three times each, which means if you have used this feature for the Mortar once, you have two more chances to supercharge that mortar again. Just like this, you can supercharge all the buildings three times.
Every time you supercharge a building will apply different stat buffs. It means the supercharge ability will power up your buildings at a separate rate each time in three chances.
Each time a building is supercharged will display an additional lightning effect to show more power.
A builder will be required to supercharge these buildings and obviously, it will cost some resources too.
A special feature of the supercharge is that when a building is supercharging, it will not disable. It means during the upgrade time to supercharge the defenses will be defending and resource collectors (gold mines, elixir collectors, dark elixir drill) will also be generating gold, elixir, and dark elixir.

The Supercharge is the extra boost to your buildings so it has some limitations.

These boosts are smaller than the regular upgrades taking less time, costing fewer resources, and giving less stat buffs.
The Supercharge is only for the buildings already upgraded to their maximum levels.
This upgrade is temporary because whenever a building gets a new level, it will lose its supercharge effect. So with the upcoming new levels, all the previously supercharged buildings will come to their original stats.

But don’t worry Chief! Supercharge your defenses and other buildings and enjoy the boosted power until the next update brings new building levels.

Legendary Scenery

Clash of Clans has launched a legendary scenery “Clash of Dragons!” for this September Tabletop RPG Season. This scenery is not like the older ones and is more special for its visual features.

For the first time in Clash of Clans, the scenery features a more detailed view. It has unique transition animations and special hand-made cut scenes. This legendary scenery is six times larger size than regular sceneries.

Clash of Clans officially said that these types of sceneries will be released often in the game due to all the efforts and time they need.

Hard Mode Changes

September Major Update 2024 changed the hard mode in friendly challenges. These changes include:

All the hero equipments that can be unlocked from the blacksmith, has been reduced to their max level from 18 to 15. Clash of Clans has capped the common hero equipments at level 15.
Now the epic hero equipments (seasonal equipments) that are not available at blacksmith and players purchase them from the trader shop, can be upgraded to max level 21. These epic hero equipments has previously maxed to level 27.
Damage per second (DPS) for attacking heroes is reduced from -10% to -5%.
Hitpoints for the attacking heroes in hard mode will decrease to -5% instead of -10%.
All the defensive buildings will have the same DPS (damage per second) in hard mode as they have in normal game. Defenses’ DPS will increase by +5% having no changes.

Quality of Life Improvements

Clash of Clans September Update 2024 also brought several small changes in the gameplay. No doubt all these QOLs are hopefully essential.

Previously the Tactical Overview was visible during the battles, but now it will also be available in village edit mode. It will help in planning the best placement of defenses by seeing their attacking radius for COC layout design.
Click the button on all hero equipments “Puppet” and see which troop will be summoned after activating this equipment such as barbarian puppet, archer puppet, healer puppet, and hog rider puppet.
A pop-up indicating the information about how many gems you require more to get the particular item (missing gems), will be displayed while purchasing items with gems.
The total capacity of receiving a donation of clan castle troops with the donated amount for each clan member will be visible. This information will be displayed on the War Map where previously we see the word “Donate”.
Now progress is visible on the “Practice” and “Single Player” battles tabs.
A confirmation pop-up will show on the game screen for signing up for the Legends League. It will be more helpful for those who accidentally enter the Legend League.
Now in the Layout editor inventory, you can see the obstacles in groups according to the seasons in which they were unlocked.
If you have made changes in the Clan Settings and exit without saving it, a confirmation dialogue box will appear here.

After editing the Clan Settings, the “Clan” pop-up will disappear and the “MY Clan” tab will appear quickly over it, showing the currently updated settings.

Balance Changes

Clash of Clans September Balance Changes 2024 have already been implemented in the game including all the nerfs and buffs regarding hero equipments, spells, and troops.

This update also has some siege machine donation caps.

Economy Balance Changes

Every Clasher wonders to loot more resources while attacking with the best strategies and spending time training the best army combinations. This is also fixed in the September Update 2024.

The Clash of Clans has announced to present more rewards for the battles by increasing the amount of winning Dark Elixir from the league bonus, most of the leagues offer. Clash of Clans has also increased the amount of loot for all resources in some particular percentages. But be careful Chief! This will also applied to your resource storages when others will attack your village base.

Loot Changes - September 2024

From now onward you will get more loot from each storage of the opponent’s village base. You can have 50% loot of resource collectors (gold mines, elixir collectors, dark elixir drills), 3% loot from the Clan Castle Treasury, and a particular percentage of loot from the resource storages (gold storages, elixir storages, dark elixir storages).

All these capped changes are to limit the loot and the attackers will receive maximum resources from multiplayer battles.

September Update Bug Fixes

Any hero equipment will not have effects on Magic Mirror Clones. It means the Archer Queen’s magic mirror clones will not get a damage boost with the invisibility vial.
Issues regarding the redeployment time of Archer Queen due to Magic Mirror Clones are fixed.
Damage Per Second (DPS) of Archer Queen Clones will not get a boost from the other equipments.
Attacking to complete the Star Bonus was consuming Guard Shield twice but now this error is fixed in this update.
Some players had used special characters in their player names that were not allowed. Now these characters have been disabled from the player names.
Google Play Games PC: Clan Castle and Siege Machines now share the same shortcut key.
