In this war base TH13, (Defense, War/CWL, Anti Everything Layout), the town hall is placed on the top corner of the base. Walls are placed around it. A clan castle is placed in the center section of the base. This section is connected with three sections.
The inferno tower is placed in a small section. Two inferno towers and two air sweepers are placed in two other different sections. Two layers are placed on the bottom section of the base. Archer towers, wizard towers, mortars, cannons, gold mines, heroes, barracks, gold mines, elixir collectors, a dark elixir drill and gold storages are placed in these layers.
All the remaining buildings including gold mines, a spell factory, dark elixir drills, a blacksmith, a workshop, archer towers and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy an ice golem, super wall breakers, barbarian kickers and barbarians near the cannons to make the attack vigorous. Barbarian kickers will attack the building. Our cannons will do a great attack on the ice golem and destroy it.
He will deploy the super giants, witches and wizards to make the attack more intensive. His army will attack and destroy the elixir collectors, gold mines and cannons. Our defense buildings will keep attacking them. The attacker will deploy the siege barracks in the corner of the base.
The wizards and P.E.K.K.A troops will appear from the siege barracks and attack the outer buildings to demolish them. He will deploy the barbarian king and the royal champion to make the attack vigorous. After that, he will cast an overgrowth spell on the gold mines, archer towers, elixir collectors and barracks to ignore the attack.
He will cast a rage spell on the multiple troops to increase their power. He will cast a clone spell on the giants to make their clones. Then, he will cast an invisibility spell on the giants and witches to invisible them.
Our defense buildings including archer towers, wizard towers, inferno towers, mortars and cannons will do a defensive attack on multiple troops and destroy them. The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time.
Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down. As a result, the attacker will not be able to get two or even a single star just because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
