In this defense base th16, (Anti 3 stars, Anti Air / Electro Dragon Layout), the town hall is placed in the center of the base along with clan castle, air bombs, eagle artillery, giant bombs, the builder’s huts, spell tower, scattershot, and x-bows. We have placed the monolith, seeking air mines, and a tornado trap in the second section.
The archer queen, the royal champion, BOB’s hut, wizard towers, and air defenses are placed in the third section. In the fourth section, we have placed the barbarian king, the grand warden, ricochet cannons, multi-archer towers, dark elixir drill, spell factory, gold storage, elixir storage, dark elixir storage, hidden teslas, and other buildings and resources.
The remaining buildings, like army camps and other resources like elixir collectors, are placed outside the walls to slow down the attacker’s troops.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the electro-dragons to destroy the defenses. He will deploy the balloons near the outer resources to damage them. Then he will deploy the stone slammer. These troops will destroy the inner and outer buildings of the base.
The attacker will use freeze spells on the defenses to protect his troops. He will deploy the grand warden with his pet “electro owl,” the archer queen with her pet “unicorn,” and the royal champion with her pet “frosty” to destroy the heroes of the base and other resources.
The inferno towers, eagle artillery, x-bows, ricochet cannons, and other defenses will make a defensive attack on the attacker’s troops. He will use rage spells on his forces to increase their speed and survive more.
He will use 70 percent of his army to destroy the base. Due to a strong base, he will not get three stars.
