Barbarian upgrades to level 5 in a day which costs 650,000 elixir. Now he has a copper sword and he wears a blue helmet that has horns.

Unlocking the dark spell factory at th 8 brings the poison spell with it. This spell upgrades to level 2 in eight hours which costs 10,000 dark elixir.
Upgrading the dark spell factory to level 2 unlocks “Earthquake spell”. It upgrades to level 2 with 12,000 dark elixir taking 18 hours of upgrade time.
No update is available. The look of the army camp at townhall 8 is the same as th06 and th07.

A big golden spring with a lightening medium-gary ball showing new research is added on the top of laboratory level 6. It requires 400,000 elixir and takes 16 hours to upgrade.
Upgrading the clan castle to level 4 takes a day and utilizes 1,200,000 elixir. The roof opened and a metallic ladder could be seen inside the building and some changes appeared on doors and pillars. Treasury has increased to 2,000,000 and added 10,000 capacity for dark elixir. It is a very important building for the best Clash of Clans layouts th8.
Townhall 8 unlocked a new building to brew dark spells that take 18 hours and 260,000 elixir to upgrade to level 2 which unlocks “Poison Spell” & “Earthquake Spell ” and golden dots appear on its stand.
Another new building can be built in a day with 750,000 gold in th 8. It unlocks different equipments for heroes, ”Barbarian Puppet”, “Rage Vial” & “Earthquake Boots”.
After Upgrading dark barracks to level 3 and then 4 unlocks dark army troops “Valkyrie” and “Golem”. Additional things from its sides are replaced by some rocks and a new hammer. It costs 1,600,000 elixir and takes 2 days to upgrade to level 4.
Archer tower takes 12 hours and costs 760,000 gold to upgrade to level 10, The pillars are covered with golden and charcoal sheets having sharp pins.
Wizard tower upgrade to level 6 In a day with 1,000,000 gold. The entire tower turned violet and the dress of the wizard turned indigo.
Upgrading the cannon to level 10 costs 500,000 gold coins and takes 10 hours to upgrade. The barrel design, supports, and color changed.
After upgrading to level 6 the mortar got golden paint. It costs 560,000 gold and takes two days and 18 hours to upgrade.

A new defense is unlocked with th8 that can be upgraded to level 2 in a day by spending 1,000,000 gold which will increase its damage. The tower got metal borders after the upgrade.
A bigger golden toroid will appear on the top of the tesla and wires will be rolled around the tower by upgrading it to level 6, which costs 1,200,000 gold in a day.
An additional 50 walls are available at townhall level 8. They cost 75,000 gold/elixir per wall unit for upgrading. To level 8 their color turned black and a silver skull appeared on each wall unit.
Transformation can be seen on the grill and the position of the exhaust pipe is changed by upgrading the Elixir collector to level 12 which costs 200,000 gold and takes 16 hours.

The metal cover around the mine turned black and gear-wheels turned golden by upgrading the mine to level 12. It upgrades in 16 hours with 170,000 elixir.

A pair of coffins is unlocked that can upgrade to level 2 taking 5 hour upgrade time with 300,000 gold.
A new seeking air mine is unlocked but no upgrades are available.
A pair of spring traps is available. Each spring trap takes 9 hours and 375,000 gold to upgrade to level 3. The spring became bold.
