Hey Chief! Here is a good news for you. Clash of Clans has reconsidered its decision to replace the Hero Skin with the super decoration/cosmetic from the Seasonal Gold Pass premium reward track.
First of all, Supercell and the Clash of Clans team have apologized for their players’ worst experience with the newly changed gold pass reward track because they realized that this idea was not the best approach.
As we have discussed in the previous post the Clash of Clans is replacing the legendary hero skin with a cosmetic (Premium Decoration) in the Gold Pass track from September 2024 onward. Supercell had launched this Gold Pass Change and applied it to the Tabletop RPG-themed Season. They provided a cosmetic “Decision Dice” as a premium reward instead of any hero skin this September Season 2024.
Clash of Clans was collecting feedback from its players through official platforms like the Facebook page and the Reddit community. They got various opinions and reviews from its precious players and finalized that they are not continuing with this idea and they decided to take their decision back. Now the Gold Pass premium reward track is revised and Supercell is again presenting a legendary hero skin to the COC Gold Pass holders.
The reason behind this Gold Pass Change was to make high-quality items accessible for all players equally and promote super decorations. But the players take it differently, some of them consider it as the Clash of Clans is going to announce a separate cost for hero skins, and the remaining take it more negative somehow.
It would not be wrong to say that Supercell is the best gaming company and Clash of Clans is the best strategy game because of the engagement between officials and their esteemed players. Clash of Clans always respects its users and communicates with them, and this is the reason behind the yearly success of this game and it’s still the world’s top playable video game.
No doubt the Decision Dice is a unique decoration from the cosmetics set of Tabletop RPG season September 2024, but if there was another worthy item that replaced the hero skin, players would not react like this.
Clash of Clans players do not consider it well due to some reasons like they do not have enough storage and they are facing trouble in managing decorations. Another reason is their passion for hero skins. Most players love to collect epic legendary hero skins from every season.
Clash of Clans decided to again add the hero skin to the Gold Pass premium reward track but due to some technical issues this time it will be at the end of the reward track. Next time and for the further seasons it will be the same as past seasons.
Tabletop RPG-themed Season September 2024 is presenting the exclusive hero skin for the Grand Warden as “Grand Dwarf” that will be available at the end of the gold pass reward track. Clash of Clans also announced a new reward “20 Starry Ores” at the end of the free reward track this TTRPG season but it was not possible for now. They have included an additional reward “2 Builder’s Potions” instead but will add the promised “20 Starry Ores” next week.
Supercell announced all these updates and improvements on their social platforms and decided to discuss all new features with the Clash of Clans community in advance. They promised to share all the fresh ideas with their players first and then applied to the game for a better user experience and to get positive feedback.
In the end, Supercell thanked its players for their concerns, sharing views about this update, and being more expressive to demand their required features from the best game. This is the beauty of Supercell and Clash of Clans and that’s why it is the favorite game among millions of players all over the globe.
