It’s time to say goodbye to your training potions. A big update is coming in Clash of Clans in March 2025. Supercell is trying to keep its 13 years old game live. It is important to keep updated according to the intent of the players. This news is released by Clash of Clans itself on their website officially about the upcoming update.
Clash of Clans is going to eliminate the training time of its troops, spells, siege machines and heroes in the upcoming update on March 2025. It will be one of the major updates in the history of Clash of clans. Moreover a new pet is also going to be released in this update as well.
Clash of Clans has explained about this step on their official website. As you all know Clash of Clans was released in 2012. There are only a few games who survive till 2025 and Clash of Clans is one of them. It is just because the game keeps itself updating according to the players intent and modern era needs.
You will be able to choose your troops, spells and siege machines and instantly jump into multiplayer battle. When you return, you can go to another attack without any wait. You can continuously play and keep attacking all the day without any wait. It will be a big update in the game.
After the update:
The Heroes will never go to rest to restore their lives. They can be used unlimited times without any recovery time. There will be no training time for spells, troops and siege machines so you can do unlimited attacks. Legend league players will still be limited to 8 attacks per day for now.
You know if there is no training time, then its mean training potion is going to say goodbye to us. Yes, it’s a big decision for Clash of Clans to eliminate the training potion but the world is changed now. It is not 2013, It is 2025 and Clash of Clans wants to give freedom to its players to play the game. After releasing this update, if you still have training potions in your Home village, it will be converted into gems.
Clash of Clans believe that after this freedom, The Clash lovers will keep playing games continuously for hours and hours. It will definitely cause high load on the server due to which a very common issue of Cloud stucking can be arised. But Clash of Clans already knows this and they will come with an extra server to handle this load.
But the question is: If such a big audience is playing games, then how can they find live bases? The Clash of Clans support team will come by handling this. They also explained that they will implement the attacking scenario of wars into multiplayer attacks.
It means, players can attack on shield protected and live bases but it will not cause the deduction of resources from the defender resources. It is not a new technique. This technique is already implemented in wars where players can attack each other without affecting the resources. In the upcoming update, the defender will also be able to see these types of attacks as well so that they can improve their defense strategies.
Use all of your training potions which are in your inventory otherwise they will be replaced by gems. Also they will also be removed from the trader shop and season track as well because when there is no training time for the troops so no need for it.
When there is no time for training the troops what is about the donation? Supercell is also going to make changes in it.
If there is no time limit on training troops, the players will definitely keep playing the game all the time. After each attack, if players will get the same amount of trophies as before, they will easily jump into the legend league. So after this update, clash players can not earn the same amount of trophies as before but only if they get one star. But supercell will keep an eye on this and keep changes in the trophies to make them balanced.
There are no changes for the Legend league players. As you know, every player in Legend league can attack up to 8 times only. But after looking at the data, Supercell analysed that a large number of players in legend league are completing the 8 attacks so they are not making the Legend league unlimited attacking for now.

An update is coming in March 2025. There will be many things but supercell released some information about just one thing of this update. The journey of training potion will be finished after this update.
Supercell realized that the time has changed. Now it’s time to make more changes according to the present time. So they decided to remove training time in the game. It will be live very soon in the upcoming update.
