March Update 2025 is released - Clash of Clans

Clash of Clans has officially released the big March update 2025 on 24th March 2025. You can update your game to enjoy this March update 2025. Training time is removed. Army training rework. New Pet Sneezy and New dark elixir troop furnace and new common equipment for minion prince is added. New achievements, new perks, new levels, Quality of Life changes, bug fixes, economy changes, balance changes and much more.

Training Timing is removed
As we have also known that training timing is removed. Troops, spells, siege machines no longer require training to start an attack. Heroes will never go to heal. Due to this, training potion, and other boost potions for the army training are now completely removed.
After this, everyone will keep playing the game continuously, so supercell has made changes in the matchmaking. A copy of your base is also created. When there is no live base left and more COC players in game want to attack, then these bases will be available for these players to attack. But the loot will not be deducted from the player’s original base.
Legend League players will still get only 8 attacks but there is also a change in here. Now the legend league players can attack after 8 attacks to loot resources.
Army Training Reworks
Army training got some new UI/UX and army recipes added. Now editing and sharing the army is very easy and more fun is added in here. But it will arrive on the 27th of March.
New Pet: Sneezy
Waoo, a new pet is added in this update. It summons units called Boogers when sneezing. I am so excited to use it in my base. You can see its details from our Sneak Peek #2.
New Troop Furnace
A new dark elixir troop furnace is added. I am so excited to use this because it is really a big troop which can itself cause big damage to the opponent bases. It throws firemites which attack on the base buildings and defenses.

Donation and Clan Perks
As you know the training time is removed so supercell added some cost when you will donate troops and spells. Moreover, supercell has also added more clan perks in Clash of Clans. I have added some stats from the official blog post by Supercell.
- Tier 1: Request Timer reduced to 10 minutes
- Tier 2: Donation limit increase – Donate up to 10 Troops
- Tier 3: Donation limit increase – Donate up to 2 Spells
- Tier 4: Donation limit increase – Donate up to 15 Troops
- Tier 6: Donation limit increase – Donate up to 25 Troops
- Tier 7: Donation limit increase – Donate up to 3 Spells
- Tier 8: Donation limit increase – Donate up to 40 Troops
New Gold Pass reward: Donation Request Reduction
Supercell never forgets to reward you with more options. Training time is gone and there is a 10 minutes wait after request for the troops in the clans. There are three levels of time reduction for the requested troops in the clan.
- Level 1: 30% Time reduction
- Level 2: 60% Time reduction
- Level 3: 80% Time reduction
These time reduction perks are added in the track of the Gold pass in the place of training potions.
New Achievements
New things are added in the game so supercell has added new achievements in the game related to these new things. After completing these achievements you will get gems and perks. These perks are added for Town Hall 16 and 17 for destroying:
- Multi-Archer Tower Terminator
- Ricochet Cannon Crusher
- Firespitter Finisher
- Multi-Gear Tower Trampler
Town Hall 17 Levels
I have explained in details about levels of every building in the sneak peek #1. New levels of different buildings, spells, troops, supercharge and pets added. Moreover, you have got 75 more walls unlocked to upgrade at TH17.

Quality of Life Changes
Here is the list of QOL published officially by Clash of Clans:
“Trophy Curve: To cater for the increased battle numbers the removal of Training times will bring, you will now earn and lose fewer Trophies in Home Village multiplayer attacks.The maximum number of Trophies you can win is 44. The maximum number of Trophies you can lose is 44.
- Spam Attack Prevention: If you immediately try to find a new opponent after disconnecting from a battle, you’ll have to wait until that battle is over to search again.This is to prevent attack spamming, and will not affect Friendly Challenges, Practice Battles, or Clan War Battles.
- Builder Gold and Builder Elixir rewards from Builder Base battles have been increased significantly for almost all Leagues.
- The Wall Upgrader now allows you to select Walls based on your current Wall Ring inventory or your resource cap, whichever is highest.
- The Wall Upgrader will now allow you to select all 325 walls at the same time.
- Since Builders no longer spend their precious time removing obstacles, the Villagers have taken over the job.
- Changing Grand Warden between Air and Ground mode in Challenge Levels no longer changes it for your Home Village army.
- Improved the Troop Launcher projectile trail visuals.
- Updated layout for the Hero Skin previews.
- Removing presence of Hero Equipment in Pet preview screens.
Balanced Changes
Supercell always tries to keep the balance of the game and improve it for its players. Here are the officially released balanced changes that reached in this March 2025 update:“
- Lava Pup, Ice Pup, and Lavaloon Pup housing space reduced from 2 to 1
- Skeleton Trap Air Skeletons housing space reduced from 2 to 1
- Yetimite housing space reduced from 3 to 1
- Big Boy (Super Witch’s Giant Skeleton) housing space reduced from 20 to 10
- Druid Bear form housing space reduced from 16 to 10

- Fixed Issue with Gold Pass advert banner obscuring Supercharge info.
- Fixed issue with the Builder Apprentice’s recurring task not triggering in certain instances.
- Fixed Issue with inaccurate Supercharge level notifications.
- Fixed issue with Troop info screen not displaying correct level in some instances if the Troop was upgraded via Gems.
- Fixed issue with cosmetic offer prices disappearing after cancelling a purchase.
- Fixed alignment issues with Skin prices in the Hero Hall preview.
- Fixed League Shop notification issue.
- Fixed issues with Practice Levels: Bowling with Witches and Yeti Smash.

Conclusion
March update 2025 is released officially today 24 March 2025. It is also a major update that brought a lot of new things including a new pet, new troop and minion prince new common equipment. Everything get a retouch and their price and time are reduced. One big major thing is included in this update and that is no time for training. Its one of the major update in Clash of Clans.
